The Day Mr. T Walked Out Carrying His Crutches

Mr. T worked in the real estate business.

I still vividly remember the very first time he came to my Meguro salon. He had been referred by one of my clients.

He arrived on crutches with a fractured left foot.

It was painful just to look at him.

These days, however, fractures are not always treated with a full cast like they were in the past. In many cases, the injured area is only lightly stabilized while the body heals naturally.

That was also the case for Mr. T.

So first, I asked him to remove the support around his foot and lie down on the treatment bed.

Naturally, his main complaint was the fracture in the top of his left foot.

But when I looked at his body as a whole, something else immediately stood out to me.

The entire right side of his body felt as though its flow had completely stagnated.

So the treatment I performed was not focused directly on the fractured foot itself.

Instead, I concentrated on removing whatever seemed to be obstructing the flow on the right side of his body and restoring circulation throughout the system.

Mr. T originally possessed an extraordinary amount of vitality.

Because of that, I felt that if the blockage could simply be removed, his body might begin repairing itself naturally.

The treatment itself probably lasted no more than 10 to 15 minutes.

Afterward, I asked him to stand up and checked his pain level.

He replied,

“It doesn’t hurt.”

To be honest, even I became cautious at that point.

I wanted to know whether the pain would return under actual physical load, not just while standing still.

So I said,

“Then please try jumping once.”

Mr. T lightly jumped on the spot.

Then he looked at me and said again,

“It doesn’t hurt.”

I asked him to walk around the salon.

Still no pain.

As a result, the man who had arrived on crutches ended up carrying those unnecessary crutches home in his hands.

Of course, I was concerned that the pain might return later.

But apparently, it never became a problem again.

So what had been obstructing the flow on the right side of his body?

Personally, I suspect that the energy of the land itself may have been involved to some degree.

But of course, I do not believe that was the only factor.

The human body is not simple.

Environment, fatigue, emotions, relationships, lifestyle, and the strength each individual naturally possesses — all of these things interact in complex ways.

In Mr. T’s case, his own vitality was exceptionally strong.

So perhaps once the obstruction was removed, his natural healing ability rapidly activated.

Honestly speaking, I still cannot fully explain what exactly happened.

How a fracture severe enough to require crutches could improve to the point where he could jump pain-free within such a short period of time remains difficult even for me to understand completely.

Ideally, I would have liked him to get another X-ray afterward to confirm the condition of the bone.

But he left the salon so energetically that it somehow felt unnecessary to stop him.

After that experience, Mr. T spoke about it to many people, and several clients eventually came to the salon through his introduction.

The woman in the following video was also introduced by him.

Later on, other people with fractures also came to see me, including:

  • Collarbone fractures

  • Ankle fractures

One woman with a fractured collarbone even wrote a Google review afterward.

Perhaps it is only coincidence.

But personally, I sometimes feel that KaradaNaoru seems particularly compatible with fractures.

And now, with the World Cup beginning next month, I occasionally find myself thinking about players such as Kaoru Mitoma, Takumi Minamino, and Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Whenever I see athletes struggling with injuries while carrying the hopes of an entire country, I cannot help but wonder:

“If there is anything I could do to help.”

Years ago, through a similar chain of introductions, even a former member of the Japanese National Team once visited my Meguro salon.

Perhaps that is why these thoughts still remain somewhere inside me.
